How to cancel a MAZZEO CARS platform order or request before and after activation.
A membership request may be withdrawn before written acceptance. If payment was already taken but access has not started, contact support@mazzeocars.com promptly with the order reference; eligible amounts will be refunded under the Refund policy.
Cancellation stops future service or renewal as stated in the order or membership agreement; it does not automatically reverse platform access already delivered. Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, if applicable, are explained before purchase and are not limited by this policy.
Cancellation of a vehicle, rental, charter, transport or other partner service must follow the provider's contract. MAZZEO CARS may help route the request but cannot cancel another provider's contract unless expressly authorised.
