Refund rules for amounts paid directly to MAZZEO CARS for its own platform products.
A refund may apply where MAZZEO CARS declines eligibility after taking payment, cannot activate the purchased access, duplicates a charge, accepts a pre-activation cancellation, or where mandatory law or the specific agreement requires it.
Send the order reference and reason to finance@mazzeocars.com. We acknowledge the request within two Bulgarian business days and aim to decide it within fourteen calendar days after receiving the necessary evidence. Bank or card-provider settlement time may follow.
Approved card refunds are returned through the original card transaction and not by cash or a different card. Bank-transfer payments are returned to the verified originating account unless law requires another method. Amounts paid to an independent partner must be claimed from that partner.
