This notice explains how the Bulgarian platform operator handles personal data for site enquiries, partner applications and platform administration.

01Localrent catalogue and booking service
The official Localrent catalogue loads only when you choose Show cars on the rental page. It connects your browser to Localrent, which receives technical connection data, search choices and any details you enter in its booking service. Its own privacy and cookie policies apply. Closing the catalogue removes the embedded service from this page but does not erase data or cookies already held by Localrent. MAZZEO CARS does not collect rental payments. Affiliate attribution uses account 18763 and the marker mazzeocars_com.
02Controller and contact
The controller is „Мацео Медиа Груп“ ЕООД / MAZZEO MEDIA GROUP LTD, EIK 208948621. Privacy requests may be sent to office@mazzeocars.com or to the registered office shown on the Company information page.
03Data, purposes and legal bases
We may handle identity and contact details, company and professional information, request content, correspondence, consent choices, contract and invoice records, and technical security logs. We use them to respond to requests, review partners, take pre-contract steps, perform agreements, meet legal duties, protect the service and pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure marketplace. Optional marketing requires consent where applicable.
04Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared only as needed with hosting, security, communications, accounting and payment providers, professional advisers, authorities and a selected independent partner when the user asks for an introduction. Transfers outside the EEA use an adequacy decision, approved safeguards or another lawful mechanism as applicable.
05Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual and accounting periods, legal claims and security. Unsuccessful enquiries and applications are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation on a proportionate schedule. Access controls, minimisation and secure service providers are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
06Your rights
Depending on the law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. Automated legal or similarly significant decisions are not active on this site.
