These terms govern use of mazzeocars.com, requests made through the site and any separately accepted MAZZEO CARS platform membership.
MAZZEO CARS is an independent marketplace, referral network and sourcing-request platform. It is not a vehicle dealer, rental operator, workshop, insurer, lender, carrier, yacht operator or air carrier unless a specific service is expressly identified as supplied by MAZZEO CARS.
Demo vehicles, prices, availability and media are illustrative. A request does not create a booking, sale, reservation or guarantee. Do not send payment-card, passport or driver-license data through general forms.
ACCESS, DEALER and ELITE are MAZZEO CARS platform-access products. Eligibility, scope, duration, listing allocation, price, taxes, fulfilment and renewal terms must be confirmed before commitment. A contract is formed only after express acceptance by MAZZEO CARS and the applicant.
Users must provide lawful, accurate information; respect intellectual property and privacy; and must not misuse the site, impersonate others, submit unlawful inventory, interfere with security or use the platform to process transactions for an undisclosed third party.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MAZZEO CARS is not responsible for independent-partner acts or for indirect losses caused by reliance on demo or unconfirmed information. Bulgarian law applies, without removing mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
