A partner application does not establish a partnership, agency, dealership, franchise, employment, joint venture or exclusive relationship. Participation begins only after manual approval and an applicable written agreement.
Each provider remains independently responsible for its services, licenses, insurance, pricing, availability and legal compliance. Partners must keep company, contact, inventory, pricing and permission records accurate and must promptly remove unavailable or unlawful material.
Content may be published only with sufficient rights and must not mislead. A lead is not a guaranteed sale or booking. Personal data may be used only for the introduced request, protected appropriately and not sold, repurposed or retained longer than lawfully necessary.
Membership, referral or commission terms apply only when confirmed in writing. MAZZEO CARS may suspend access or remove content for security, non-payment, expired eligibility, inaccurate claims, rights violations, regulatory risk or material breach, with notice where reasonably possible.
