MAZZEO CARS platform memberships are digital services; the platform does not currently sell physical goods through checkout.

01No physical return

There is no product to ship back for ACCESS, DEALER or ELITE platform access. Cancellation and refund rights are handled under the corresponding policies and the specific membership agreement.

02Vehicles and partner goods

Any vehicle, part or other physical item supplied by an independent partner is governed by that seller's identity, contract, inspection, delivery, return and warranty terms. MAZZEO CARS is not the seller of those goods unless expressly stated in the order.
